We are looking for a self -driven and enthusiastic Customer Champion who will thrive in a fast-paced growth stage startup environment. As a Customer Champion, you will be the face of the company for our clients and will play a significant role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives. You must be a go-getter with a solutions-driven attitude!
What you'll be doing:
- Onboarding of new clients.
- Interact with clients to understand their specifications and build a success plan and tracking client key business objectives
- Plan & coordinate with the internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Create and educate customers on best practices.
- Interact with the Tech team for product pipeline and enhancements.
- Deeply understand our product and service capabilities and ensure they are aligned with marketing efforts & customer needs.
- Monthly and quarterly reviews with client teams.
- Align with Sales on the renewal and expansion strategy for the portfolio of accounts.
- Customer Satisfaction measured by NPS and Happiness Index
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Client servicing experience
- Digital Marketing savvy
- Customer-first attitude
- Proven track record of knocking targets out the park
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional listening and presentation skills
- Strong organisation and self-management ability
- Curious and problem-solving mindset
