Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis to drive marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, social media, events, and public relations.
- Manage brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and effectiveness in all marketing communications.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to identify opportunities for business growth and competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to leverage their expertise and support marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead generation strategies and marketing collateral to support sales efforts.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
- Experience in budget management and ROI analysis.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
