Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website content to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyse website analytics, campaign performance metrics, and user behaviour data to identify insights and recommend optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and compelling content for digital channels, including website, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
- Plan and execute social media strategies to grow online presence, engage with the audience, and drive traffic to the website.
- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback, respond promptly, and manage online reputation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Assist in managing the organisation's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, optimised for search engines, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns,providing insights and recommendations for improvement to achieve marketing goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives and leverage their expertise.
- Stay updated with digital marketing best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in digital platforms and algorithms, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of digital advertising regulations and best practices.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and website usability.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
