Position Overview :
- The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs, challenges and offer suitable solutions through a consultative approach
- Conduct discovery and platform demonstrations independently
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue sales leads through email sequences, linkedin outreach and cold-calling
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies.
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and time management, along with a customer-centric approach and adaptability, will be valued in this dynamic role, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.
