Chargebee - Presales Consultant (3-8 yrs)
Job Description
Will act as the technical expert who will be part of the product presentations to explore and understand business use cases and provide technical insights to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team through preparation and delivery of technical presentations
- Answer technical questions during demos
- Devise implementation strategies based on specific client business requirements
- Liaise with product and engineering for technical solutions to complex use cases
- Guide prospects with product implementation
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs from prospects
- Close the feedback loop by providing product team with inputs to influence product roadmap items
- Customer migration and on-boarding assistance
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in technical support
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales / Consultant role
- Good understanding of APIs and cloud computing
- Prior experience with SaaS solutions, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel
