Channelplay - Manager - Sales (7-12 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- To lead a team of Channel Sales Executives for driving sales through various distribution channels in the assigned territory and consistently ensure the achievement of targets.
- Manage Channel conflict & Sales team Management.
- Drive resources like Promoters, fixtures, sales support aids.
- Competition Tracking & reporting - schemes & programs
- Ensure availability of stock at RDS and Retail while adhering to the norms
Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role
- The candidate should have experience in at least one of the following industries - Handset industry / Telecom / Consumer Durable/ FMCG.
- The overall experience should be up to a maximum of 8-10 years (max age 34 years).
- The candidate should have at least 3-4 years should be channel sales & distribution experience and 3-4 years of experience of Managing Sales Teams.
