Channelplay - Manager - Business Development - SaaS Vertical (2-4 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities
1. Research industries and identify potential customers from all industry verticals
2. Run a lead generation process on identified customers through email, LinkedIn and cold calls to create interest and generate leads to achieve budgeted individual targets for Products & services
3. Convert cold calls into warm and hot leads
4. Respond to queries from potential customers, communicate client's value proposition and negotiate deals successfully
5. Understand client needs, design appropriate solutions basis client's core competencies and negotiate deals to closure
6. Be actively involved in developing BD strategy and roadmap for organizational growth and target achievements
7. Responsible for data collection for the regularly benchmarking product against the source, data, and competitors
Conceptualize and/or develop new product/service ideas in association with the product team to address market needs
Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role
1. Previous experience in lead generation through different sources
2. Previous experience in selling B2B SaaS solution
3. Should have excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
4. Should have great analytical and aptitude skill to understand all our product features quickly and to understand client requirements better
5. International Sales experience would be an added plus
6. Proven experience of communicating to all levels within a company in a professional manner
7. Proven experience in the full-cycle sales process, including demo-ing products and onboarding new users
8. Attention to detail and proven ability to perform tasks independently with a high degree of accuracy
9. Good grasp in different Word, Excel and Power Point
