- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned operator accounts.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet operator performance objectives and operators- expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned operator accounts.
- Proactively leads a joint operator planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive operator relationship.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates operator needs on an ongoing basis.
- Increase Sales through operator to end users in coordination with operator sales resources if any.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and operator personnel.
- Drives adoption of company programs among assigned operators.
- Working for sales and revenue targets as set by the Management.
- Addressing customer service issues as raised by the Operator.
- A good understanding of the market dynamics in the respective sector.
- Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth.
- Alerting the sales team of opportunities for further sales within key clients.
- Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.
- Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally from Telecom/Broadband Industries.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with operators.
- Strong personal network within the industry.
- Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales.
