Channel Sales Role - Real Estate (4-10 yrs)

- Channel Sales : This role is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through augmenting current channel partner base in new geographies & for closing the sales process with appropriate.
- Direct Sales : Responsible for driving Direct sales for Pune Projects, meet customers, negotiate and close the sales. Should be able to support / execute various marketing campaigns and generate good volume from other BTL activities as well. Improve lead to conversion ratio.
- ROI Sales : The primary responsibility of this position is to achieve sales at Pan India Level for projects in different geographies across the country. It will broadly encapsulate making and attending to customer calls, explaining the project to the customers, follow up with them and converting into sales. It will also include completing the documentation of sales with the customers and maintaining customer database and MIS of sales done from the Head Office. The focus will be on cross selling of projects to the database of clients from various projects. Person will be responsible for managing Channel partner relationship well and will do regular follow up with them in achieving the sales targets. Will handle SFDC account for lead management, follow up and CP leads due diligence.
- The secondary responsibility would be to organize meets in various markets to promote Pune projects in different regions. It will require effective collaboration with the Marketing department.
