Channel Sales Role - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Builds and maintains relations with the Channel Partners for the Residential Real Estate sales
- Keeps abreast with the latest market happenings through internal communications and primary research
- Coordinate with the Sourcing Team and Digital Marketing Team to ensure maximum walk ins for the project
- Interacting with all the customers who visit the project through digital marketing/ channel partner and ensuring to get the closure done.
- Activating new Channel Partners and driving sales through them
- Helps the customers with documentation for loan processing, registration, etc
- Achieves the monthly and quarterly targets decided mutually with the Senior Management
Age Criteria: 20-30 years
Note : Should be from Real Estate Background and have experience in B2C
