Channel Sales Role - Mutual Funds (7-15 yrs)
Job Role : The key areas of responsibilities are as follows :
- Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share at the Branch
- Channel management across IFA's, National Distributors and Banks
- Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branch
- Monitoring the servicing of clients with regards to their payments, redemptions, and specific queries
Knowledge & Essential Skills :
- Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to insure healthy shares in the region
- Relationship skills necessary to manage high end distributors & investors.
- In-depth knowledge of MF industry, products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt / ETFs)
- High Enthusiasm & Aggression
- Team Managing Skills
- Pleasing personality & an excellent communication skills
Remarks :
- A person with experience of handling IFAs and NDs in terms of large numbers would be preferred
