Channel Sales Role - IT Service (6-10 yrs)
Job role & functions
- Provide quality support for existing and new Intl. channel partners and customers in all assigned tasks inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and supporting the partners.
- Achieves the Region's revenue and profitability quotas for training/ Certification segments
- Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to the end customers.
- Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
- Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
- Efficiently manages the regional partners and support them to help them gain more market business
- Identify the big corporates, training houses, educational, academic and Government bodies in the region and extend our products to them
- Manage the team to ensure productivity and assure time management to support sales in the region
- Run Presentations and visit partners to extend Support
- Run Joint promotional activities with partners to boost sales
- Responsible for the Region's forecasting and sales tracking.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
- Work on special Marketing and Branding projects for the region as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- MBA or technical graduate degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales with around 4 years in Intl. channel sales & partnering in training/education/ professional & Technical certification industry
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Accent neutral and fluent in English
- Exposure to regional culture is preferred
- Understanding technologies and cyber-security market trend will help
- Travel is required
