Channel Sales Role - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
- Manage and grow the company's sales channels, driving business growth through partnerships, distributor networks, and resellers.
- Develop strategies, ensure targets are met, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Monitor channel performance, providing feedback and support to ensure sales targets are met.
Qualifications:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, with some leadership exposure.
- Strong communication, organizational, and sales skills.
- Customer-focused with a drive to meet targets.
Age Criteria:21 to 37.
