Channel Sales Role - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As a Channel Sales - Insurance, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales through agents, partners, or distribution channels. Your goal is to expand the business by building strong relationships, training agents, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train & manage agents or channel partners
- Develop sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Support and motivate agents to increase sales
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers
- Monitor sales performance and provide necessary guidance
- Ensure smooth policy issuance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Experience: 2+ years in sales, insurance, or channel management
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication & negotiation
- Travel: Willing to travel for business expansion
- Goal: Ability to achieve sales targets through partners
