Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales professional to drive growth through effective management and expansion of channel partner networks for Visit Health. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets through channel partners.

Key Responsibilities :

Channel Partner Development :

- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners to achieve sales goals.

- Develop and execute business plans with channel partners to expand market reach.

Sales Strategy Execution

- Drive sales through channel partners by implementing strategic plans and tracking performance.

- Provide training, product knowledge, and sales support to partners.

Performance Monitoring

- Monitor partner performance and ensure targets are met.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Market Expansion

- Explore new markets and establish partnerships in untapped regions.

- Conduct regular market research to understand competitor activities and market demands.

Collaboration and Reporting

- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or SaaS industries.

- Strong network of channel partners.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
