Channel Sales Role - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
A Channel Sales Representative is responsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners to drive indirect sales of a company's products or services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive sales growth.
- Provide training and support to partners on company products, services, and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with partners to develop sales plans, marketing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure they meet sales targets and company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 5 years experience in channel sales
- Strong communication
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners
