Channel Sales Role (3-5 yrs)
Business Group/Department: Distribution-Sales
Location: Surat
Reports to: Regional Manager
Purpose of the Position:
- Develop Business in the territory by doing value added sales.
- To maintain existing customer and relationships and work towards acquiring new customers
- Help covering the industrial areas in the assigned region and push the sales up
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Territory Mapping and achieving sales target
Receivable Management
MIS- collection and updating.
To establish and maintain distributors network
Prospecting directly or indirectly and preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
To project the number of contacts to be made either directly or through distributor
Present, Demonstrate and Sell company's products through the distributors in order to achieve revenue target as assigned time to time.
Manage distributor's resources. Helping them in achieving their targets.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as deemed necessary.
Prepare presentations, proposals and project offers including developing and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships and manage large direct accounts.
Identify and resolve customer concerns.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Communicate new product and, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to sales executive.
Qualifications: BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Diploma/BSC )
