Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Channel Sales Manager to drive mutual fund sales through distributors, IFAs, and banking channels. The role involves building relationships, achieving targets, and expanding the distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for mutual fund products through channel partners.
- Onboard and manage distributors, IFAs, and bank branches.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance partner knowledge and performance.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights for growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance and prepare sales performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 3-14 years of channel sales experience in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
