Channel Sales Officer - Sunglasses (2-5 yrs)
1. Scope of the role :
- To monitor and handle the Sunglasses Sales in Area/Territory assigned.
2. Job Profile :
- Target setting - Dealerwise, Townwise in March each year.
- Business review and plan for RS, Franchisee on quarterly basis or when required
- Local level promotion action.
- Identifying new markets and retailing opportunities.
- Forecasting.
3. Key Deliverables :
- Sales order booking, cheque collection, liasioning with commercial to resolve pending issues.
- Collage and coverage norms to be adhered to.
- Supervising RS (redistribution stockists/distributors) operations and training of RS staff and showrooms.
- Monitoring CFA activities, ensuring timely deliveries, housekeeping and compliance to commercial guidelines.
- Product forecast and indenting.
- Implementing local level promotion, schemes, and events.
- Quarterly appraisals of RS, FS, CFAs.
- Interfacing with service operations / quality problems with ASO / TSO (ASO: Area Service Officer, TSO: Territory Service Officer)
- New product launches.
- Retail Audits, Sales tracking of top multi brand retail outlets on a monthly basis.
- Product related, Scheme related, ensuring monthly reports from RS, FS, sent to Corporate.
- Market intelligence on a monthly basis.
- Presenting information at review meetings on a quarterly basis.
4. The right person :
- Graduate with MBA (preferred).
- 2-3 yrs experience in Channel sales in reputed FMCG.
- Age 25-26 years.
- Local candidates to be preferred.
