Job Summary :
- Achieving monthly sales/ revenue and data generation targets.
- Developing new channel partners and managing team of existing direct sales agent for improved performance.
- Ensuring partner compliance of MHRIL policies.
- Generating regular productivity reports and maintaining MIS.
- Preparing budgets and achieving budgeted financial targets.
- Exploring new opportunities while continuing to develop the existing ones.
- Recruiting and selecting direct sales agent manpower; training and leading channel sales force and sales representatives.
- Providing market information (competition, potential and market data).
- Defines the revenue / sales targets for the set of partners being handled.
- Quarter on quarter productivity review and growth.
- Focus on horizontal and vertical growth (recruiting new DSAs, opening new marketing & developing existing).
