Job Description Urgent Opening for " Channel Sales Manager " for a leading IT Hardware Industry for Bangalore Location.
Experience : 4 - 8 Years
Salary : Max upto 5.4 L PA
Responsibilities :
- Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer hardware/solution offered by the company.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Takes orders over the phone and in person.
- Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate technical configurations.
- Solicits information about IT needs from customers.
- Negotiate price for the sale.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Construct sales pitches and presentations.
- Travel to areas where needs are projected.
- Stay abreast of market trends.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Assist with the company helpline.
- Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties.
- Demonstrate product features before a sale.
- He has to generate leads and close opportunities from Retail Channel market
- Need to procure atleast 90% business from Retail Channel segment.
