Channel Sales Manager - BFSI (2-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a network of insurance agents.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through field sales activities.
- Offer excellent support and training to agents.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competition.
Qualifications :
- You need a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 year of field sales experience is required.
- You should be great at communicating and interacting with others.
- You must be good at negotiating and solving problems.
- You'll need to have a bike and a valid driver's license.
- The Agency Development Manager works five days a week and has weekends off.
