Channel Sales Manager - BFSI (2-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of field sales agents.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Conduct client meetings and deliver sales presentations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience Up to 2 Years in sales management, preferably in the insurance sector.

- Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
