Channel Sales Manager - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Recruiting a team of sales managers and developing the agency
- Responsible for the productivity of sales managers.
- Responsible for the team's confirmation norms.
- A set of obligations or responsibilities allocated
- Manage relationships with team members and clients (both internal and external).
- Support the day-to-day operations of sales.
- Managing sales and sales-related activity inside the channel.
Candidate Requirements :
- Education : Any graduate.
- AGE : 21-38 years.
- Maximum CTC is 4.00lpa.
- Experience : A minimum of one year of field sales experience.
