Channel Relationship Manager - Sales - Investment Product (4-9 yrs)
The Job :
Your responsibilities include :
- Appointing channel partners (IFAs and Distributors) and driving investment product sales across geographies.
- Recruiting and onboarding channel partners.
- Providing training for business development.
- Preparing business plans and strategies to develop the business of channel partners.
- Meeting organizational targets on time.
- Following internal sales processes and complying with company rules and industry norms.
- Planning activities with channel partners to increase productivity.
- Accompanying IFAs on HNI/UHNI client meetings.
- Solving distributor's queries.
Ideal Candidate :
- Have 4-9 years of experience in onboarding and generating revenue through IFAs/Mutual fund distributors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
