Channel Partner/Success Manager - Sales - Cables/Paints/Cement/Manufacturing Firm (8-12 yrs)
Accountabilities :
- Accountable for fostering strong relationships with key accounts and field team members including new Channel Partners Baby Care
- Accountable for key accounts relationship management and customer satisfaction and their R&R
- Accountable for managing the complete lifecycle of distributors and dealers, ensuring smooth onboarding processes and timely F&F settlements
- Accountable for P-CONNECT - Channel Partner Portal adoption and usage
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute relationship management strategies with key accounts, distributors, and dealers.
- Create systems and processes to support the sales team in building and nurturing customer relationships
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of distributors and dealers, from onboarding to full and final settlement (F&F).
- Oversee the P-connect, process regulations, and protocols related to key accounts.
Authorities :
- Authority to implement and optimize systems and processes for key accounts relationship management.
- Authority to propose and implement improvements to reporting and data visualization processes
- Authority to manage the onboarding and F&F processes for distributors and dealers.
- Authority to collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address distributors and dealers' issues and concerns.
