Channel Partner Manager - Sales - BFSI (3-5 yrs)
Job Overview:
The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships to drive sales and revenue growth. You will focus on onboarding new partners, -maintaining key relationships, and supporting partners in achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell our products.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing partners to foster growth.
- Provide partners with the necessary sales training, product knowledge, and marketing resources to enable success.
- Develop and execute joint sales strategies with partners to achieve mutual business goals.
- Monitor and analyze the sales performance of channel partners, adjusting strategies to maximize results.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partners have all the resources needed to succeed.
- Gather market and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and drive new partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing in any field.
- 3+ years experience in native or residential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop effective strategies for partner growth and business success.
