Partner Identification and Recruitment
- Identify and recruit potential channel partners that align with the company's target market and ideal customer profile.
- Conduct thorough research and due diligence on potential partners to assess their capabilities, reputation, and market reach.
- Develop and execute a partner recruitment strategy to attract and onboard high-quality partners.
Partner Onboarding and Enablement
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partner onboarding program to ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources to successfully sell and support our SaaS solution.
- Provide ongoing training and enablement to partners on product updates, sales strategies, and marketing best practices.
- Create and maintain a partner portal or resource center to provide partners with easy access to relevant information and support.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Executi
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint GTM strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Provide partners with marketing and sales support, including co-branded marketing materials, lead generation programs, and sales enablement tools.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives and make adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Sales and Revenue Generation
- Work closely with partners to set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide partners with sales coaching and support to help them close deals and drive revenue.
- Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate and reward partners for their performance.
