Channel Manager - Sales - Telecom/FMCG/BFSI (4-10 yrs)
Qualification & experience :
Pref. MBA with minimum 4 years as frontline sales manager experience handling team of executives / DSA s / distributors / agents.
Age 28 years +
Industries Preffered : Telecom, Insurance, Banking / financial services, FMCG.
Skills Required :
1. Excellent selling (pref. direct sales), communication, analytical & problemsolving.
2. Good leadership, cross functional & team management.
3. Planning, budgeting & churn management.
4. Training & mentoring.
5. MIS
Role & responsibilities :
1. Achievement of monthly revenue / sales / marketing (DGA) targets assigned.
2. Participates in general sales strategy and defining plans along with ZM/BM/MM to sell a range of product mix to maximise revenue/ profitability.
3. Travel extensively to the DSA location.
4. Defines the revenue / sales targets for the set of partners being handled
5. Ensure partner compliance to CMH Business policies.
6. QOQ Productivity review and growth.
7. MIS for channel market.
8. Focus on horizontal and vertical growth
9. Recruiting new dsa- s, opening new marketing & developing existing.
