Job Summary:

Position Purpose:

- Development and Management of Channel Partners across Coimbatore.

- To drive sales through channel partners for Greytip and achieve month on month targets.

Preferred Functional Knowledge (Skills & Tools):

- Network of potential partners in Coimbatore.

- Assisting in the lead generation process of partners

- Plan and execute marketing activities with partner for lead generation.

- Ability to give product demos for customers and drive closures.

Key Responsibility (Day to Day Activities):

- Achieve monthly partner lead generation and closure targets.

- Development and appointing of new partners for greytHR.

- Managing existing and new partners

- Managing existing and new partners

- Generating qualified leads through partners across locations

- Interfacing with internal Greytip Sales team for timely action on partner leads

- Ensuring CRM is updated daily with daily activities and with correct details.

- Assist partner in maintaining leads and opportunities in CRM.

- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to manager

Qualification and Experience:

- Minimum 4 to 10 years in Channel role for any IT/ITES sales in Bangalore

- Managing channel partners across different locations

- Network of potential partners in Coimbatore.

- Assisting in the lead generation process of partners

- Plan and execute marketing activities with partner for lead generation.

- Ability to give product demos for customers and drive closures.
