Channel Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Manager to join our team.
Job Duties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Generating leads via, networking, and referrals.
- Ability to allocate duties based on the skills of employees
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.
- Comply with company policies and regulations.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals
- Implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales.
- Analyzing customer needs
- Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
Skillset criteria :
- Capable leadership and management abilities
- Prior experience in field sales or similar roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Outstanding strategic insight and problem-solving capabilities
- A minimum of 2-4 years experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary
- Bachelor's degree required for this position.
