- We seek a Channel Manager responsible for managing and expanding channel partnerships, focussing on wealth distribution and investment advisory services for a leading player in financial services. The firm is also venturing into wealth management with a focus on innovative and customer-centric tech-driven financial solutions. This opportunity offers candidates to be a part of a dynamic team that shapes the future of wealth distribution and investment services.

Requirements :

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Advanced certifications in sales, marketing, or finance are preferred.

- 7-10 years in channel management, particularly in financial services or broking.

- Proven experience in onboarding new partners, managing PnL, and leveraging relationships for business growth.

- Ability to bring an existing network of sub-brokers, IFAs, or insurance agents.

- Strong relationship-building skills, adept in managing high-value client relationships.

- Proficient in financial product knowledge and client servicing.

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in meeting targets.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in financial analysis and PnL management.

Responsibilities :

- Channel management, onboarding new partners, managing PnL, and leveraging relationships for business growth.

- Relationship-building and managing high-value client relationships.

- Drive growth and forge impactful partnerships in a role that offers significant rewards for performance.

- Leverage your existing network and expertise to make a substantial impact on business growth and client satisfaction.

- Developing and expanding the channel partner network across India.

- Managing the entire channel lifecycle, from onboarding to servicing, including PnL responsibilities and financial analysis.

- Acting as an Investment Advisor to internal sales channels, aiding in sales and business growth.

Work mode : Onsite/Work from office
