Channel Manager - Mutual Funds (5-8 yrs)
Primary responsibility is to work closely and build strong relationship with NDs to build strategies to help achieve revenue and sales targets for the region.
- Ensure execution of strategies rolled out in the region.
- Ensure maximum market share for Mutual funds products within the region.
- Regular communication on products, markets and sales tools to all the NDs.
- The incumbent would be responsible for achieving sales targets and market share for the region.
- Responsible for planning and executing activities for the channel as well as partners resulting in business growth.
Job Requirements :
- The employee should have relevant experience of working with the IFA & ND channel in a big market.
- The employee should also have demonstrated significant contribution to the business growth in the market through this channel.
- The candidate should have the ability to manage a team to implement plans and execute at the ground level.
- Should have demonstrated working effectively with all the stakeholders.
- The candidate should be diligent and open to extensive local commute.
Educational Qualification & Experience :
- Post graduate/Graduate with 5 to 8 years of experience.
- NISM certification mandatory.
