Channel Manager - LAP/Mortgages (3-9 yrs)
Job Title : Channel Manager : Mortgages
Grade : Manager / Sr Manager
Department : Retail Assets
Location : Mumbai Suburb
Reporting To Area Head : Retail Assets (Secured Business)
A. Position Purpose :
- To source Business (Loan Against Properties : Self-employed), through Channels/DSA for Loan Against Properties(Mortgages)
- To achieve assigned targets
- Generate more revenue by cross selling other products/ maintain Weighted Rates and Processing Fee
B. Position Responsibilities :
Senior Key Responsibilities :
1. Achieve LAP targets through DSA's
2. To appoint new DSA's for Mortgages (Self-employed)
3. Proper training and development for channels
4. Increase productivity of existing empanelled channels
5. To ensure proper compliance/integrity
6. Awareness of LAP product
C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement :
Qualifications :
Essential :
1. Minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying exam
2. Any Graduate
3. PG - MBA/PGDM
Experience :
- Essential Candidate must have experience minimum 3 Years of LAP (Mortgage) sales, must have been working in BANK or NBFC in LAP (Mortgages) department.
Skills :
Skill Attribute : Good verbal and written skills
D. Functional Inter-linkages :
Internal & External : Good networking with reputed DSAs in the city
