Job Description -
1. The role of Channel Sales Manager is a front line sales role that involves building a network in the market to recruit agents, on boarding them in and managing their business to achieve business targets.
2. Ensuring hygiene in the business, including reconciliation, customer complaints resolution /daily reporting to HO/ Manager etc.
3) To Training, Development, Certify of Each Agent
4) To enhance existing business while looking out for new opportunities among the Channel Partners & increase organizational share in the client portfolio.
5) To maintain & enhance service levels provided to the clients thus ensure sustenance in existing business.
6) Following up & coordination with other various stakeholders/decision makers for approvals, payouts etc. & other operational & administrative support
6) - Identify new business avenues by lead generation & cold calling, generation of referrals & networking through agents.
Criteria :
1. Experience - +2 Years in Agency Channel Only
2. )Should be In Health, Life, General Insurance sales,
Education - Any Graduate/Post Graduate
