Channel Head - Retail Channel - FMCD (10-20 yrs)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivering the channel/sub-channel wise gross sales budget, budgeted Gross Margin (net of schemes) value and zonal operating profit value.
- To ensure all business hygiene aspects like S&OP, reduction of slow and non-moving SKU- s, working capital turns and business retention and CBC from trade partners.
- Sales: as per assigned budget - Primary, Secondary, Tertiary. Developing strategy for the zone to achieve topline for the zone
- Ensure following expenses are within budgeted % to sales - Manpower cost, ISP, Travelling, Meetings/Conferences, BTL and Trade Schemes - should not exceed overall annual budget
- Achieve budgeted category growth and market share for all product categories.
- Turning around the red territories.
- Product group wise business market share and budget achievement
- Leadership development / identifying training needs of the team in the zone
- Team i.e. Branch, Key Accounts and TE/ TH/ AH manpower productivity as per preset norms
- ISP's productivity as per metro & non metro pre-set slabs.
- Expand distribution as per the geographical coverage and MPV.
- To add dealers in existing towns and add more dealers in new towns as per classification.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
Experience : 12 -15 years
Compensation : As per industry standards
Education : Graduation + Post Graduation or Diploma in Mgmt.
Industry Type : Retail channel experience in major consumer electronics/white goods industry.
