Role Purpose
- Role is to maximize market share by planning and implementing organization strategies/activities to achieve the given targets through the set of assigned distributors.
- Responsible for handling sets of clients for expansion of distribution network of retail products.
- Internal Focus - Sales team, Branch Service Operations, Channel team
- External Focus - Distributors, Investors
Key Accountabilities :
- Responsible for maximizing market share thru sales by assigned set of distributors
- Responsible for advising the distributors on suitable product as per the requirement of their customer/Investor
- Responsible for revenue generation from the assigned distributors
- Ensure he / she is completely updated on the various products and markets situation and scenario
- Responsible for Distributor Servicing for the assigned distributors
- Should be sensitive to their needs in terms of Product Updates
- Query resolution and ensure proper follow up etc.
- Take steps for development of long term relationship/association with the key/potential distributors in order to generate repetitive business
- Able to close the sales call by working closely with more experienced sales representative in case of need required
- Responsible for maintaining the data of all the distributors assigned
- Create awareness by organizing events, conferences, product sessions for distributors for top-of-the-mind recall
- Ensuring that the distributors are getting trained on all products and Operational procedures on regular basis
- Identifying the competencies of Team Members and lead them to achieve the Targets
- Circulate the MIS on sales and Market share and ensure timely flow of Information internally and Externally
- Regular feedback and review sessions with the team to improve the Market Share
- Identify Tie ups that can be done with exiting distributors, giving leads to channel team and conduct a drive either locally/pan India
