Key Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy Development : Design and implement effective channel engagement strategies to drive sales growth and improve market penetration.
Partnership Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners to ensure smooth operations and mutual growth.
Sales Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners and implement corrective measures to meet sales targets.
Training & Development : Organize training sessions and workshops for channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Market Research & Analysis : Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and areas for improvement in the channel network.
Revenue Growth : Drive revenue through channel partners by developing promotional activities, incentive schemes, and marketing initiatives.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination : Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure the timely availability of products at channel partner locations.
Customer Feedback : Gather insights from channel partners and customers to inform product improvements and business decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Liaise with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and market strategy.
Budget Management : Oversee budget allocation for channel engagement programs and ensure cost-effective implementation.
