Channel Development Manager (2-4 yrs)
The Channel Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding partnerships with distributors, resellers, and other sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and expand channel partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners; provide training and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to equip partners with tools, resources, and joint initiatives.
- Track and report on channel sales performance to optimize success.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for channel growth.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
