Channel Account Manager - Dairy Product (4-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving business plan & Annual Plan targets in the assigned territory
- Visit minimum of 5 secondary customers a day to grow our footprint Will have a fixed RTM plan and route plan to cover his territory and expected to travel extensively
- Growing, Managing and Supporting Channel network.
- Distributor & Customer training, conducting customer meets & events
- Recruit New Channel Partners for Growth without disturbing any BU- S existing business as per the requirement and guidance of CAM
- Effectively Implement Marketing Schemes, SFDC, Channel Finance etc. and any other HO Initiative for his territory
- Identify Key Business Opportunities to generate Revenue
- Resolve partner related issues and sales conflicts in a timely fashion.
- CAE position is expected to interact with SCM/OTC/Finance and other support functions besides CNI Sales and Segment teams
Work Experience :
- 2-3 (it increased with the level) years prior experience in Sales/business development/equipment maintenance role
- Track record of achieving laid down targets and creating a wide and sustainable customer base.
- Experience in managing channel & interacting with multiple stakeholders
- Product knowledge/exposure in Industrial Customers, Territory, lubricant & manufacturing industry will be preferred Can communicate in local language (for south in specific)
- Need Engineers as this is techno commercial roles.
Skills Required:
- Ability to drive sales and achieve Annual Plans
- Understanding of market expansion and competition
- Ability to benchmark performance against key operational targets and set goals.
- Ability to work in cross functional teams including DSRs
- Strong communication skills and proficient in local languages
- Ability to establish, develop and maintain excellent relationships and rapport with the customers and business groups in his territory.
