Purpose : Responsible for driving sales as per the target in respective and assigned territory through B2B / Channel Sales.
Job Description :
- Sales analysis and strategy implementation in respective area/zone for maximising sales
- Responsible for monthly sales forecasting and achievement
- Working capital management /Cashflow
- Profitability control in terms of margins
- Responsible to acquire thorough knowledge of territory, customer & competition.
- Responsible for daily DCR
- Coverage of territory through extensive travelling
- Appointment of new dealers/clients in uncovered areas of zone & Key Account Management
- Effective end to end communication with internal and external stakeholders. Closing the cycle of sales from pitch to delivery
- Designing of local schemes and successful implementation of the schemes
- To organize sales promotion activities with Client /channel partners and marketing team.
- Responsible for Customer / Dealers/Client Meets, training and workshop.
- To ensure customer satisfaction, on-time delivery and quality service.
Functional/ Technical Skills & Education:
- People person, must know how to deal with different level of stakeholders in business
- Good Analytical skills, Smart in communication, resourceful.
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Preferable from PP Corrugated / ACP sheets /Plastics industry
