Champs - Business Head - Construction Projects (12-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- To monitor and develop existing project business and to create new revenues along with assuming responsibility for the overall project business in the area.
- To analyses project market potential and to prepare strategies for various business segments for projects to result in the business.
- To initiate, buildup, and develop successful supply relationships for products among all project clients in the area.
- To provide solutions to project customers with an effective coordination with the design team.
- To manage Key accounts personally and establish long standing relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, builders, interior contractors.
- To coordinate with the marketing team for all marketing activities related to project business in the area.
- To coordinate with product management team for the new upcoming market trends and existing and new product.
- To generate, manage, analyses, monitor and deploy effectively the data related to the project customer's enquiries and project information to the sales team to work upon in the field to convert in to sales.
- To lead the area sales team and effectively coordinate, coach, motivate them to bring out the potential of the team members.
- Continually developing brand and building increasing awareness in the market place.
- Generating and seeking out potential new opportunities.
- Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders.
- Managing client relationship of existing clients to support repeat business.
- Develop & grow relationship with top commercial brokers in the region to aid generating opportunities.
- Evaluating new opportunities to ensure design / project resources focus on the best opportunities.
- Managing proposals, submissions and bids.
- Forecast monthly/quarterly/annual revenues in coordination with BD/Design/Project teams and ensure they are met.
- Monitoring competitors and reviewing your offering in light of competitors developments, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Participating in new business contract negotiations
- Leveraging your own network to aid client outreach.
- Driving pitch presentations with clients together with design / projects team.
- Handle client objections/RFP by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Representation at industry events, conferences and forums.
What we Expect :
- Industry Arch/MBA/Interior Designer
- Minimum of 12-15 years - relevant experience that demonstrates tangible business development results in Turn Key Projects, IPC, Corporate Office Interior Projects, Design & Build etc.
- Demonstrated success developing new business and increasing existing business
- Demonstrated business connections in the field of corporate real-estate & facility managers
- Ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Experience with MS Office (Power point, excel, word, project) and AutoCAD - Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel to potential business markets in the region
- Excellent commercial understanding and awareness
- Strong Negotiation skills.
