Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branded Amenities or Branded Residence Sales Champion with a proven track record from leading brands. This role involves identifying and engaging with builders, large land bank owners, and stakeholders in hospitality or residential projects, who would benefit from integrating luxury branding into their real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

-Business Development : Identify and approach developers, landowners, and investors with significant projects that could benefit from luxury branding.

- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate and hospitality sectors to promote branded residence opportunities.

- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

- Project Assessment : Evaluate potential projects for branded residence opportunities, considering market positioning, target demographics, and brand alignment.

- Negotiation : Lead negotiations with clients to secure branding deals that enhance the value and appeal of their real estate projects.

- Brand Alignment : Ensure that all branded residence projects meet the high standards of luxury and exclusivity associated with our partnering brands.

- Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury real estate and hospitality sectors.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 3-8 years in sales or business development, with significant experience in luxury branded residences.

- Track Record : Proven success in securing high-value deals and partnerships with top developers and landowners.

- Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the luxury real estate and hospitality markets, including key players and emerging trends.

- Network : Established network of contacts within the real estate and hospitality sectors, particularly with luxury developers and landowners.

- Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
