ChakraHQ - Sales Development Role (1-6 yrs)
About the Role :
We currently have a great opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join as one of the early member of our Inside Sales team. As an SDR, you'll be responsible for seeking business opportunities through outbound sales across channels of communications. Also, creating interest and building conversations with a range of contacts across enterprises of all types.
What You'll Do :
- Create new sales opportunities through outbound cold-calls, email and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify by means of research, a list of companies, shortlist contacts and create an outbound sales campaign.
- Actively seek out new sales leads through by outreach efforts, networking and sending highly personalised, communications via email, calls and social messages
- Build long-term relationships based on trust and empathy with prospects and understand customers' diverse, specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs
- Diligent tracking of outreach campaigns and aim to crush target numbers
Preferable Qualifications :
- Earlier experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales is highly desirable
- 1-6 years- experience in SDR or BDR role
- Highly motivated individual, a sales enthusiast and zeal to deliver strong results
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience using business tools like Excel and Linkedin
