JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Business Development Manager is a senior role, has some important duties and responsibilities to fulfill, with both short and long-term goals to achieve keeping in mind the below tasks and objectives:

2. Developing growth strategies and plans. Increasing client base.

3. Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.

4. Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.

5. Writing business proposals, negotiating with customers/ clients and accordingly closing deals as well as drafting and reviewing new and existing contracts.

6. Identifying and mapping new products depending on our business strengths and customer needs as well as researching business opportunities in order to increase overall business growth.

7. MIS on reporting successes and areas requiring improvements.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a business development manager, you'll need to:

1. Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, customers, contracts to be made with contractors, appoint dealers for our range of products and services as well as explore new ways of reaching existing markets.

2. Meet with customers face to face or over the phone for new orders.

3. Develop relationships with customers and understanding their needs and be able to respond effectively with a plan.

4. Think strategically by setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business seeing a bigger growth for the organization.

5. Work strategically by carrying out necessary planning in order to implement marketing strategies and operational changes wherever required.

6. Have a good understanding of the businesses products or services.

7. Discuss promotional strategy and activities with MD. Attend seminars, conferences and events with due study of its appropriateness and relevance to our products.

8. Keep oneself fully updated of changes in the our business industry

REQUIRED SKILLS :

 1. High-level communication skills.

 2. Proven ability to negotiate.

 3. Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.

 4. Conflict resolution.

 5. The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.

6. Experience working and exceeding targets.

7. Handle Pressure.
