Chakr - Lead Generation Specialist (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to develop new business opportunities.
- Research, track, maintain, and update leads in the database.
- Contact prospects to qualify leads and identify potential clients.
- Execute direct marketing campaigns to key clients and prospects.
- Research and maintain the lead generation database for accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct customer research and gather relevant information.
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain valuable insights for potential leads.
- Collaborate in the preparation of proposals and sales presentations.
- Provide accurate and timely information to management regarding lead generation activities.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to facilitate the sales process.
Skills/Attributes Required :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in cold calling and generating leads.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in using CRM systems for lead management.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Preferred experience working with Western companies.
