Chakr Innovation - Manager - Business Development (3-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Bring new business partners/dealers onboard and maintain relationships with existing partners/dealers
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities
Qualification requirements :
- Graduate in any field
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience of 4+ years in corporate sales
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability follow through on client contracts
- Strong organization skills including planning and prioritization
Additional preferred qualification/Certifications if any :
- Master in Business Administration
Mandatory technical skills :
- Microsoft Presentation, Excel, and Word
- Comfortable with using customer relationship management software preferably Zoho CRM
