Chaitanya - Assistant Sales Manager (3-6 yrs)

You will play a key role in maximizing Sales, Distribution, Product visibility & Display related objectives through leveraging the planned resources & infrastructure at the assigned territory within the values and parameters set by the company.

Section 2 - WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as a General Trade-SO/SSO at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:
- Driving achievement of Primary and secondary Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year
- Distributor & distribution management (clarity with the concept of ROI).
- Accountable for conducting Gate meetings, reiterating targets among the DVSM, explaining schemes and prioritizing the focused brand/ SKU for the day
- Ensuring execution and delivery of process KPI eg. Bills cut, Mandays, Line-sold, MSL, Eco-30, Dispersion, etc.
- KPC Drive, Perfect and Right Store agendas-ensuring visibility through POBs.
- Ensuring 100% billing at KPCs & SDLs and increasing the dispersion rate.
People & Capability: Regular coaching and OJT to field force on Steps of a call, Disha-mobility usage to improve sales capabilities and achieving executional excellence
Ensuring the right caliber people are motivated and trained to achieve ambitious business plans consistently & recognizing high performers
- Responsible for Recruiting as and when vacancy arises &training the front line team-DVSM & BDOs
- Ensure the area team consists of the right caliber people who are motivated and trained to achieve ambitious business plans consistently.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in General Trade, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Essential:
- University Degree
- Excellent understanding of Sales, Methods & Processes
- PC Literate-Understanding in basics of excel & outlook
- Minimum 2 yrs. of Sales experience in a FMCG environment having managed front line sales team (BDO/ PSR/DVSM etc.)
- Understand various evolving channels of trade
- Experience of managing General Trade both metro & non-metro area (worked in SDL-Hub & Spoke model)
- MBA degree is desirable
- Two wheeler with valid license is desirable
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
The incumbent reports to the Area Sales Manager
