Title : Business Development Manager.

Location : Chandigarh/ Bangalore

Experience : 7+ years

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

- You will need a sale-driven approach to get a lead out of this potential customer from different portals. Upwork, Freelance, Guru, LinkedIn, Mass Mails, Cold Calling, etc.

- Grow new and existing accounts and manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish to deliver customized business solutions.

- Identifies and implements innovative business development and sales strategies to increase company profitability by fully leveraging product/service offerings.

- You will need to understand the queries and concerns raised by the potential customers and use a creative sales approach and skills to make them more interested in the company's services.

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

- Developing quotes and proposals for clients and arranging meetings.

- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

- You need to formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of AWS.

- Educate customers of all sizes on our value proposition and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as organizational growth plans. Willing to visit various clients as per the business requirement.

- Knowledge of various industry verticals may be an added advantage. Should have the willingness to work in different time zones.

- Identify partnership opportunities. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

- Hands-on Experience with Blockchain Projects is plus, if not person should be willing to learn and work in Blockchain Sales.

- Think critically when planning to assure project success.

Ideal Candidate :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Three to Four years of prior IT related sales/ marketing OR business development Experience.

- Excellent communication skills and IT fluency (Emerging Technology).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

- Focused and goal-oriented.
