Certified Financial Planning Consultant - Life Insurance Sales (1-4 yrs)
Job Description
Purpose of Role: The FLS plays a pivotal role of being the Insurance representative to offer customized solutions to every financial need of the customer.
His primary responsibility is to drive Insurance Sales through own and company provided leads
Key responsibitlities:
1. Educate the Customer about the product
2. Lead Generation activity to close maximum numbers
3. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
4. Close the leads assigned by the call center team
5. Customer Servicing
6. Collection of Renewals
Candiadtes will get only 30-40 % leads from the company rest of the leads needs to be generated from open market
Selection Criteria
Should be a Graduate
Min 6 months in Life Insurance sales experience.
Good communication skills
Should be residing in Delhi NCR region since last 1 Year
Should have their own Conveyance
Candidates with no gap in experience
